1. Overview

The Zorbear Mold Quoting & Business System ("the Software") is developed by Xiong Chenhui (Zorbear Tech). We understand how important your quoting and customer data is. This policy explains how we handle and protect your information.

2. Business data: stored locally, never uploaded

All of your business data — quotes, cost breakdowns, customer records, opportunities, bid records, order history — is stored only on your own computer (the software's default or self-configured data storage path, or an internal enterprise server). It is never uploaded, never synced, and never collected or accessed by us.

You may back up, migrate, or delete this local data at any time.

3. Account and licensing information: for license verification only

When you register an account, activate the Software, or perform online license checks, the following is sent to the license server:

• Registration information: the company name, contact person, mobile number, and email you provide when registering; if you enter a referral code, it is also recorded for referral attribution. This information is used for account management, identity verification, and necessary service contact;
• Device machine code: a hardware-based fingerprint used for one-license-one-machine binding;
• Account information: the account name and password you set (the password is stored only as an encrypted digest — we cannot recover your original password), and the activation key used to activate;
• License usage records: the time and result of each online verification, license validity, and renewal history, used for license management and security auditing;
• Network information: public egress IP and standard time (NTP) during online checks, used for licensing security and compliance evidence.

This information is used only for account management, license verification, and anti-piracy. It is not used for any other purpose and contains none of your business data.

4. Agreement evidence

When you read and accept agreements (such as the disclaimer), the Software creates an encrypted consent record for compliance audit. Evidence records contain no business data.

5. Data protection

• License communication uses HTTPS with RSA signature verification;
• Sensitive information (e.g., passwords) is encrypted locally and in transit;
• The license server stores none of your business data.

6. Cross-border transfer and separate consent

Because the activation server is deployed in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, your registration information, device binding information, license credentials, and license usage records will be transferred to and stored on servers in Hong Kong, which constitutes a cross-border provision of personal information. In accordance with Article 39 of the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China, we inform you that the overseas recipient is the copyright owner and its activation service operator; the purpose of processing is account management, license verification, license term management, and compliance evidence. We provide a separate checkbox in the Software to obtain your separate consent for the above cross-border transfer; if you do not check it, you will not be able to complete account registration and license activation. You may withdraw such consent at any time (see Section 8, Contact).

7. Your rights

You may uninstall the Software and delete local data at any time. To dispute license information, contact us to unbind or cancel.
